At YND Autoparts, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and test all parts before shipping. However, if an issue arises, our refund guidelines are as follows.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be approved under these conditions:

  • The wrong part was shipped

  • The part is not as described

  • The item arrives damaged or non-functional

To qualify, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Important Notes

  • All returned parts must be in the same condition as received.

  • Once approved, refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The part was installed incorrectly

  • The part was damaged due to improper handling or lack of maintenance

  • The customer ordered the wrong part

  • The part was altered, opened, or tampered with

Special Orders

Custom or specially sourced parts may be final sale and not eligible for refund unless defective.
