WARRANTY POLICY:

At YND Autoparts, we stand behind the quality of the parts we sell. All used engines, transmissions, and auto parts include a 90-Day Standard Warranty, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers replacement of the part only.

It does not cover:

  • Labor costs

  • Shipping or freight charges

  • Diagnostic fees

  • Any additional or incidental expenses

If a replacement part is not available, YND Autoparts may issue store credit at its discretion.

Warranty Requirements:

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Contact us by email at warranty@yndautogroup.com or call 747-400-2996.

  2. Provide a certified mechanic’s report clearly stating:

    • The issue with the part

    • Diagnostic results

    • Installation details

All parts must be installed by a certified mechanic for the warranty to remain valid.

Exclusions:

Warranty does not apply if:

  • The part was installed incorrectly

  • The vehicle was not properly maintained

  • The part was damaged due to overheating, lack of lubrication, or improper handling

  • The part was modified or disassembled

  • The failure resulted from external causes unrelated to the part itself

Customer Responsibility :

Customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs for warranty replacement

  • Providing accurate vehicle information at the time of purchase

  • Ensuring proper installation and fluid levels
